HOSTAGES MURDERED IN CAPTIVITY
Even in the darkest places, the human spirit searches for light.
The hostages of October 7th were torn from their homes, their families, their lives.
Some are still waiting. Some never made it back. Some survived with unimaginable scars. But within the horror, they carried something no one could take: the will to hold on, the will to return, the will to live.
They are stories of endurance. Of human strength. Of the unbreakable belief that life – and freedom – are worth fighting for.
As Hersh Goldberg-Polin reminded them: “ He who has a why, can bear any how.”Even in the abyss, they found reasons to keep going.
We must carry their names. We must carry their why. We must never stop asking how.
